Why are legal notices posted here? Effective March 1, 2026, the Bound Brook Public Schools have transitioned from publishing legal notices in traditional print newspapers to this dedicated online platform. This change follows the enactment of L. 2025, c.72, signed by Governor Phil Murphy, which modernizes public notification by utilizing digital platforms to increase accessibility and transparency for our community.

  • Board of Education Meetings 2026

    At the regular meeting of the Bound Brook Board of Education held on December 17, 2025, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent the following schedule of evening dates for the Board of Education meetings was approved.  All meetings are held at 6:30pm in the Bound Brook High School Theater, located at 111 W. Union Avenue, Bound Brook, NJ 08805, unless otherwise designated.

  • NOTICE OF

    BOUND BROOK BOARD OF EDUCATION

    MEETING DATE CHANGE

     

    The Bound Brook Board of Education meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 11, 2026 has been rescheduled and will be held on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Bound Brook High School Cafeteria, 111 West Union Avenue, Bound Brook, NJ  08805.

     

    Please note that the 2026-2027 tentative Budget will be discussed at the meeting.

     

    In accordance with the provisions of The New Jersey Open Public Meetings Law, enacted to ensure the right of the public to have advance notice of and to attend the meetings of public bodies at which any business affecting their interests is discussed and acted upon, and Board of Education Policy 0162, the Board of Education of the Borough of Bound Brook has caused notice of this meeting to be posted in the Board Office and at Bound Brook High School, and mailed or faxed to the Courier News, Bound Brook Borough Clerk, South Bound Brook Board of Education, and any person who has requested individual notice and paid the required fee.
