It is hard to beleive November is here. I have many things to be thankful for this year including good health and the joy of working with your children each day. The holidays that are focused on gratitude and caring are upon us!
It was wonderful seeing so many faces at our Halloween parade. I also wanted to extend a big thank you to our entire community for helping in our Socktober Sock Drive. With your help, we were able to collect over 500 pairs of socks. All will be donated to shelters in Somerset County.
A friendly reminder to all parents to follow our Nutrition Policy. Please avoid bringing sweets and items to school containing peanuts and sugar. Please check with the school nurse if you have any questions.
Please note we will have a walking school bus on November 2 at 7:30 am.
Parent Teacher Conferences will take place November 6-8. All three days will be an early dismissal. The Bound Brook School District will be closed November 9th and 10th and November 23rd and 24th. Additionally, we will have an early dismissal on November 22nd.
Lastly, I am thankful to be part of a school community with amazing and supportive families. Happy Thanksgiving!
Mr. Aldo Russo, Principal
